Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified 77com account holders are typically processed within three (3) to twenty-four (24) hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays or where additional verification is required. 77com does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
You warrant that any funds deposited into your 77com account are your own and that the payment method used is authorised for use by you. Depositing funds of third-party origin is prohibited.

A bet is only valid once confirmed by the system and a bet reference number has been issued. 77com reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error, palpable error in odds, suspicious betting pattern or data feed failure is identified.
Where 77com identifies that odds, prices or game parameters have been published in error (a "palpable error"), 77com reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. 77com's determination of a palpable error is final.
In the event of a technical failure during a live betting session, game round or transaction, 77com will use reasonable endeavours to restore the session to the state it was in prior to the failure. Where this is not possible, 77com may, at its discretion, void the affected round and return the applicable stake. 77com is not liable for any losses arising from connectivity failures on the player's end, including mobile network interruptions.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional rewards offered by 77com are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions that are published alongside each promotion. By accepting any bonus from 77com, you agree to the applicable bonus-specific terms.
Bonus funds credited to your 77com account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified; any bonus not met within that period will expire and be removed from the account.
The use of strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus offers, including but not limited to matched betting via multiple accounts, arbitrage play or systematic low-risk wagering intended to circumvent the spirit of promotional offers, is considered bonus abuse. 77com reserves the right to withhold, reverse or void bonuses and related winnings where abuse is detected, and to close the accounts involved.
Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Where a withdrawal request is submitted before wagering requirements are complete, 77com may remove the bonus balance prior to processing the withdrawal.

Your continued use of the 77com platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 77com's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 77com internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of 77com's registered jurisdiction.
